The humidity and altitude present in the La Cañada region of Oaxaca, Mexico, create ideal conditions for growing coffee. The elevation here is 1200-1500 meters, containing mostly Mundo Novo, Bourbon, Typica and Criollo varieties. The taste is slightly sweet with notes of chocolate, with a classic nutty aroma.
